2 days ago, tuesday, almost the entire class had to go to a Literature Play called "The cripple of Inishmaan" at the Esplanade, set in an island in Ireland, throughout the whole play, words such as "fecking" and "arse" were widespread lol... the play finished at 4:10pm, reached school at 5 before going home.
Yesterday, reached school at 7:20am, choir prac in the morning, at the end of the practice, Mr Liew arranged us into SATB / Sec 1/2/3 order, probably to go through the new Exco list before deciding the final list... Anyways, when released at 10:15am, went to class, before going down to the canteen with Wenxiang. I ate a light lunch, just a hotdog with mayonaise, and headed back to class. When time for assembly, because we changed to the 4T1 classroom for these few days, we assembled outside the classroom, right in front of the flags and of course, the teachers there... anyways, lessons went through without much incidents, CDP lesson was changed to A Maths on this day so the bag load was slightly heavier. After lessons, at 2:10pm, went down to the canteen, ate a few french fries before heading for the spiral staircase to assemble for NDP rehersal. After running through the rehersal a few times, we were released to have our dinner at 5pm, to be back in school by 6pm. Me, Joonkiat and Wenxiang went to Rivervale Plaza to eat at Macdonald's, and within 45minutes, we were back in school. At 6pm, took attendance for Tenor and Base, and soon got all clear for both sections to board the bus, to take us to see a choir concert at Anglo-Chinese Junior College, where the ACJC choir, Alumni choir, and The SouthEnd Girls and Boys Choir from UK. From the school to ACJC, took about 30minutes plus, i was listening to songs all the way, singing along as well, together with WenXiang.
At the concert, we heard the choirs singing lots of songs, cant remember how much, the UK choir sang only piano-accompanied songs, didnt expect that but they were good nonetheless, even had solo performances, solo violinist and also piano performance!
At 9pm, the concert was over, we got booklets of the concert outside the hall before we proceded to our buses. Again, sang songs with WenXiang all the way, this time back to school. Reached school at 9:40pm, walked home with Petersen for most of the way and reached home at 10pm, good thing that there was no homework...
Today, during recess, i stayed in class to do the E Maths homework, but all those in the classroom got chased out by a teacher, for like, 3 minutes?! Meaningless.. but either way, i finished the work eventually. After lessons, we had A Maths CRT back at our originial 3E2 classroom! Only ended at 4pm, by now, all the choir people were late for the NDP rehersal lol...rushed down to the lecture room. the first round of rehersals was not very good but the second time around, it was definitely much better. After NDP rehersal, i went to the hall with Wenxiang to look for Mrs Yap, i did my A Maths homework while Mrs Yap taught Wenxiang A maths. I finally went home at 7pm+, and by now i've finished all my holiday homework!
Now, for NDP tomorrow!
